Sony says that about any game that is unknown.
Now that there are games coming out that pass KZ2(OFP 2, COD etc) they'll move on to the next game to make these claims.
This issue was some of the most forced PS3 related fiction yet. I'v been keeping up with this game for years before the Sony camp tried to paint that exclusive picture.

Hell retailers tell consumers to get PS3 after asking about Blu-ray.

I'v been looking for these 21 exclusives you guys keep talking about but the only game I know are coming in 2009 is Uncharted 2 and a few others like Ratchet and clank & InFamous

The software side of the PS3 seems unstable
One time the MLB Live The Show 2009 demo crashed my PS3 and another time the PS3 could not import CD's at times" and could at others and these were the same CD's.
Seems sloppy like there are no universal standards for quality etc on the system software side of PS3.
After the update my PS3 couldn't connect with my controller.
